Christian co-founded Adaptive Senior Living with a mission to acquire and support exceptional communities that enrich the lives of seniors and their families. His passion for this work is deeply personal — inspired by his grandmother’s experience with Alzheimer’s disease, Christian is dedicated to creating environments where every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and individualized care.
With more than a decade of experience investing in and growing healthcare and service-based organizations, Christian understands how to combine operational excellence with a genuine commitment to resident well-being.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University and remains devoted to advancing the future of senior living through integrity, empathy, and innovation.
Bryan leads mergers and acquisitions at Adaptive Senior Living, where he focuses on building trusted relationships with potential partners, executing transactions, and helping newly acquired companies reach their full potential. With over a decade of experience investing in U.S. healthcare providers, Bryan brings deep expertise in identifying growth opportunities and creating long-term value across the healthcare ecosystem.
Most recently, Bryan served on the Boards of Touchstone Infusion and Premier Physical Therapy. Other prior healthcare investments include Spine and Sport Physical Therapy, Citra Health Solutions and Steripack. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
Mr. Stinson has spent his entire career building and investing in Healthcare businesses. Mr. Stinson founded Adaptive Home Health, Adaptive Senior Living, and Adaptive Management. Prior to founding Adaptive, Mr. Stinson led successful investments in several healthcare companies globally. He also helped to found 3 Boomerang Capital, an investment firm focused on healthcare and serves on the Board of its portfolio Company, ABS Bio. Most recently, he was Chairman of the Board at Touchstone Infusion and Premier Physical Therapy. He is also actively involved in numerous animal welfare organizations. Mr. Stinson earned a BA in Russian from Wake Forest University.
With over 20 years of senior living experience, Shawn brings a unique leadership perspective and deep understanding to his role as CEO. His influence extends beyond the home office to the day-to-day operations of our communities, where he has spent many years working directly with onsite teams.
Throughout his career, Shawn has studied and embraced the key drivers of building a successful senior living organization—always keeping people at the center. Whether residents, families, or team members, he never loses sight of the fact that senior living is, above all, about caring for people.
